Chuck Deluga first became a licensed Real Estate Broker in 1984 after graduating from the University of Maine at Orono with a B.A. degree in Journalism. Being a native of Cape Cod, Chuck has experienced first hand the many changes the Cape has gone through over the years with regard to Real Estate and Development. He has been actively involved and employed in the Real Estate and Building industry on the Cape since 1984. During his career as a Realtor, Chuck has successfully marketed and sold many properties throughout the Cape. He has assisted both buyers and sellers with purchases and sales of residential homes, building lots, and investment properties.
